Objective: The relationship between neighborhood social and economic features the residents’ premature mortality rate is a controversial topic that has brought concerns from many local governments. purpose of this paper was to determine impacts three indicators, including numbers health providers, drug arrests, equity scores on in 140 neighborhoods City Toronto.Methods: Conducting regression analysis by using data January 2018 December obtained OpenData Toronto. number which shows how medical service sectors community generated into dummy variable (<1.5 or ≥1.5 providers per 1000 people), all datasets are cleaned same unit, thousand people. Both single regressions multiple used compare change rate, means deaths occurred before 70 years old.Results: Taking indicators weighted consideration, empirical evidence increased 4% average with every one additional arrest incident occurring people while provider citizens, will decrease 10% average; In terms score, point increase associated roughly 1% average.Conclusion: Social factors closely actively improving living conditions can preventing serious issues it actually occurs.
